Tips for a Perfect Memorial Day RV Trip

Hello Campers! It's Memorial Day Weekend and its likely if you own an RV you are packing it up and hitting the road!
Here are a few tips for having a stress-free and perfect Memorial Day RV Trip:
1.) Pack Early:
If you want to reach your destination in a timely manner, don't procrastinate while packing, get things in order a few days ahead of time.
2.) Get your RV Maintenance Checked:
Whether you have a Motorhome, Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheel or Truck Camper. Make sure the maintenance is up to date and everything is working properly.
3.) Plan your Final Destination Ahead Of Time:
Memorial Day Weekend is a busy time for campgrounds and a lot of them get booked weeks ahead of time. If you haven't already booked your final destination campground, try calling some that are a bit off the map and not a tourist destination. If all the campgrounds in your area are full, it may be easier to pick your favorite boon-docking location.
4.) Plan Meals:
Make sure to have all of your BBQ equipment in your RV and meals planned for the weekend.
5.) Hit the Road Early:
High traffic alerts are common in most areas during Memorial Day Weekend, Plan to hit the road early to get to your destination in a timely manner.
